    Helga asks: Good day,

Please could you help us regarding the consistency of raw honey. When buying raw honey, it eventually solidifies. Is that normal? Is raw honey a liquid or is it solid or creamy?

    Regards
    Helga

Mey: Crystilization is a natural process of RAW honey. The speed of crystallization and ‘graininess’ can/will differ from honey to honey and temperature etc.
