When buying raw honey, it eventually solidifies. Is that normal? Is raw honey a liquid or is it solid or creamy? Regards Helga September 20, 2017 at 9:32 am #773 Lantz MattinsonKeymaster Mey: Crystilization is a natural process of RAW honey. The speed of crystallization and ‘graininess’ can/will differ from honey to honey and temperature etc. September 20, 2017 at 9:33 am #774 Lantz MattinsonKeymaster Venn: If you put on a window sill for few hours in the sun, it go back to liquid September 20, 2017 at 9:33 am #775 Lantz MattinsonKeymaster Please remember the crystilization is one of the topics for our next meeting as it was a stand over for lack of time Regards Louis Chairman Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
